"The service is wonderful. The people working the window are always kind and prompt. The coffee is rarely good, but I think that’s just Dunkin’s recipes. I recently got the pink velvet latte, and while it was pretty it just tasted like coffee and sugar."
"I’ve frequented Dunkin from Michigan to Columbus Ohio with my favorite being the Dunkin in Ashland Ohio. This order has been the best I’ve received in this area in a good year. The consistency was perfect. The coffees were spot on perfection!!!! Whoever the sweet young lady was who took order #6271 @ 11:50pm I hope all your hard work pays off. I frequent this location often and hope to greet you next time with a tip. Thank you so much"
"Every time I order from this Dunkin the amount of icing they put on their frosted donut dwindles. I might as well be eating plain donut covered in sprinkles. Where is the quality control at this location? I can’t believe both the people making these and the ones handing this out think that this is okay."
"This place needed shut down and not the other dunkin I stopped coming here awhile ago because all the kids in there suck at making anything and I say that quite frankly because none of them even try. I’ve asked every other dunkin and they state u blend the matcha you have to this one thinks they can just give u unmixed matcha w chunks at the bottom because there literally to lazy to make it right. Now I’m forced to come back here and it’s even worse."
"I’m not sure who this man was but tonight he seemed agitated. Had an accent. But completely spoke over and interrupted everything we said at the speaker. Asked us the clarify at the window and then interrupted again and closed it on us. He sounded as if he was speaking to two people at once but just kept repeating what he said to us? Handed out the first drink that was made okay. But the second one tasted terrible and looked a mess. He seemed irritated and seemed to take it out on us? I’m not sure if anyone else is working with him as we speak so hopefully it wasn’t a solo worker overworked. But it was very rude and took us aback. Love Dunkin always. But as a past food industry worker, please work with your workers on customer service❤️"
