"I love the food here never any complaints. I do have one thought pertaining to your service however. Why even have the option for rapid pick up? If you have to wait in line with everybody else to get your food while it sits there and gets cold. You guys need to utilize the rapid pick up shelf like every other fast food business. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I put my order in to be picked up rapidly and then I have to wait in line for another 10 to 15 minutes after my food is done while it sits there getting cold."
