"We had never been to this Applebee's. We got seated right away. The server, Maddie, came over took our drink order. A young man was seated after us and Maddie took his drink over to him and still did not bring our drinks. Waited at least five more minutes for our drinks and finally got them. She took our order, we ordered an appetizer, they brought it out out 15 minutes later and did not bring us plates to put our food on. Had to ask the busser for some. Brought our dinner 20 minutes later, ask for some extra napkins, never got them. Maddie was too busy with the young man to wait to take care of us."
"good food good service i recommend tia as ur waitress shes super awesome i had the three cheese penne with tomatos and chicken but hold the tomatos and the new mtn dew that only apple bees carries 10/10 love this apple bees so much id keep comin back over and over again"
"The restaurant was half empty and we still had a half hour wait to be seated. Our food took awhile to prepare and we had ordered the rib eye steak. My mashed potatoes were cold just like it came out of a refrigerator. They made more mashed potatoes and they were so hot I burned my mouth. Hopefully, they have fixed the problems by now and have more staff. So many people walked out that night that they are losing business."
"The food wasn't good at all. I ordered the Alfredo and the sauce was either spoiled or not Alfredo sauce. The noodles were under cooked and stuck together. The service was ok.. our server forgot my breadstick and made no effort to go get it. And it was very cold in the restaurant. Usually we have a decent experience at this Applebee's but today...NOT good. We probably won't return to this location."
"Came in with a party of four, was seated relatively swiftly but ended up having to leave after waiting for our drink order to be taken for 20 mins. We only had an hour and a half time frame and after the 20 min wait to be asked if we wanted anything to drink and never getting the offer we felt it was best to leave."
