"You have some distasteful stickers on your downspout in the drive through between the windows. Likely from kids but they should have been promptly removed. Also horrible drive through employee today. Gave my food to the car in front of me who gave it back then didn’t remake the food per my request since it wasn’t a sealed bag. I was quoted a different price at the order speaker vs the window also and had to adjust my cash payment... I guess I’ll get Swenson’s more often now."
"We went back a second time and we each got the same meals again. Try the vale meal for $7.00. The meal is a substantial hamburger, small fries, a drink and a all sundae. The expected hot food was hot."
"They are very good. The ice cream is great. They run receipt day every so often. Everything you spend that day, you get to come back after and get free food that equals that receipt at another time. How awesome is that?"
"Ordered 2 dipped cones from this establishment. Not too hard to mess up (I worked at Dairy Queen prior, so I know it's a simple process). Messed up dipping our cones by not dipping it completely. Instead of starting from scratch, they DOUBLE DIPPED the cones. The dip is hot fudge, so it is warm, and ice cream is cold. Do you see where the problem might arise? Had two cones that melted instantly, made it nearly impossible to eat. Chocolate was way too thick and made it hard to get to the ice cream (which was completely melted). Ice cream does melt, but as soon as we got the cones, it started dripping rapidly onto the floor. Talked to the manager and staff about this, told them that these cones were not made right, impossible to eat, and made a mess. Didn't respond, no refund, or any indication that they were sorry. Not happy with the service here, with the fact we had to wait 10 minutes to get our cones. Disappointed with the service."
"Don’t order blizzards from these folks. 9/10 times the ingredients are on the top 1/4 of the cup. Then you get nothing but the soft serve ice cream. Very disappointing. You’d be better off ordering a small because you definitely don’t get your moneys worth in a large unless you are more of a soft serve plain ice cream fan."
