"Basically there all the same... or are they. This particular establishment may need some training on how to cook rice. My problem is the brown rice. It needs more time to cook then white rice. I prefer it cooked not hard and crunchy. Just saying !"

"Decent enough place. Convenient with a drive thru. I have noticed however that I am consistently ripped off in regard to ordering double meat portions. They always give me only one portion (4oz) of meat. So now when I order 3 bowls I am being ripped off 10.35 a visit. I’m not sure that I’ve ever actually received the double portion I ordered at this location. I wanna know what is the deal with this location and why they are always doing this. Not gonna lie, I’m a bit cheesed off here. I don’t even know how much money this all adds up to that they have gypped me. I can’t really continue to tip that sort of service, gang."

"We order from the Norton location at least 2-3 times a month. Definitely do not order through the app. Your portion sizes are awful. It’s happened more than one time. It’s only half of the bowl. And the one time I went back to get the to go order fixed the employees had an attitude like she didn’t know what was wrong. When I go in and order there’s so much more food."

"I had a wonderful experience at this chipotle! As I was ordering my meal, I encountered an issue with my payment, which left me in an awkward situation. What happened next truly impressed me. The manager at chipotle went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they patiently wait for me to try to fix my payment, but they also offered me my meal for free without hesitation. I'm truly grateful for their understanding and generosity in a stressful situation. The food I received was delicious, and it was served promptly! The managers willingness to help in a difficult situation made this visit memorable! I am a regular and will continue ordering on a regular basis! I highly recommend this chipotle, not only for their tasty food but also for their outstanding customer service. I'll definitely be returning to enjoy their food and hospitality again. "My local chipotle so I keep going back giving them the benefit of the doubt. Double meat is just a bigger scoop not two scoops. You'll have to order 4x meat to get any unless you just want a rice burrito. Staff is routinely confused and has thrown out many orders in the short time I spend in line. I want to have a good experience but it'll probably never happen again. Jimmy johns is next door though so at least you can get something decent if you're over there."
