"First time here and got a smoothie and a small wrap/sandwich. I walked out with my smoothie and promptly dropped it. Without missing a beat, Andrea offered a replacement. I was so relieved and grateful. Thank you Andrea!"
"Placed online order for timed pickup. Arrived to find no orders on pick up rack and the place was EMPTY- no customers or employees behind counter. An employee finally came out to ask what I wanted. I said I had placed an online order 15 minutes ago. She apologized and made my order. I didn't take a sip until in the car and on the road- only to discover my order wasn't done properly (had asked for add ins of blueberries and almond milk). So I paid for the add ins but never got them! Overall negative experience."
"The food was so delicious, so fresh, that I want to come here now every week. Be careful with smoothies, they have too much sugar, protein powder plus honey plus natural fruits. But there are lots of dairy free and gluten free options. The personnel are very polite. Glad we found this place."
"Stopped in for the “Upbeet Juice”. Well made , pleasant staff. Great selection of juices, smoothies, wraps, and salads. My only complaint is the prices - a little steep! Love the rewards program!"
"Outstanding service by the manage , Paige! I could see why she is the manager! Giving great customer service and nice introduction being new customers. She was very knowledgeable! Her employees could be better with being more enthusiastic and energetic to wanting to work there. One male employee didn't show good work ethic with customer service. Overall a favorite place to come eat healthier and detox! The food is very impressive! Tastes great and gives you the perfect energy booster. Excited to return! They deliver on what the food's purpose & boosters are set to do! is! Love that!"
