"Cheesesteak had a rancid smell. I asked my wife to smell the cheesesteak - she agreed. I drove back to Mentor to return it. I did not get an apology from the manager. All I got was denial. Rancid smelling food and poor customer service. Will not visit again."

"This was once my favorite fast food restaurant. The last two time at the Mentor Ohio location in Great Lakes mall, SUCKS! The workers spend more time talking to each other and on the phone to get your order correct. I had to eat something for asked for fries EXTRA CRISPY to ensure they’d be completely cooked. The girl said ok never told the cooks. Half of my fries were not cooked through. I had to wait for the girl to hand them to me. All while being on the CELL PHONE. I’M VERY UPSET AND may not ever visit this location again"
"I genuinely don’t know how people order from here, let alone are repeat customers. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and it was the most bland sub I’ve ever had. Their fries tasted like they were deep fried with plastic, no taste. I got a cheese sauce with my food and that also tasted like plastic. The more I ate my sub the more I was mad that we wasted $30 on a meal for two people. My husbands sub was the Bacon 3 Cheese and the only saving grace in his sub was the bacon. Literally any other restaurant in the mall would be 1000x better, and much more deserving of customers."
