"These people are idiots I am diabetic and request UNsweet tea, 9 of 10x, they gave me sweet. Call to complain, husband does not drink tea, so he won't taste it before he leaves and this last time the idiot manager said sorry and then hung up on my husband. We will not be returning."
"Im really disappointed in this restaurant they always get my order wrong. I made sure this time that I called to let them know I wanted a PLAIN hamburger. I believe I spoke to the Manager and she assured me my order would be right this time. Well it was totally wrong. Im starving with no food! I could not eat what I received. I attached a picture of my plain burger. I called to let them know and the person at Wendys blamed the dasher for delivering the wrong order. I am attaching a copy of the receipt which was attached to the bag. This is additional proof that the DoorDash receipt was put on someone elses order. The person I talked to could care less if my food was wrong. Thanks to DoorDash for at least refunding my money!!"
"Staff was friendly and able to help me while I ordered, even accommodating my special requests. Food was hot like it was freshly made even though I stopped a bit past peak hours but wait wasn’t long at all."
"The food was great. The employee working first window was terrible. We were at this location this past Saturday the 11th around 11am. When we pulled up to the first window she had her back to the window talking to 2 other young ladies. I was there long enough to know one of them wasn't trying to argue with someone. Backstage issues should never come upstage is what I tell my employees. Customers don't want to hear your drama.She never even looked at me,just reached out to grab my card,no hello ,no response at all when I said hello or thanked her. Just shut the window still having her conversation. Super disappointing."
"Every single time I come here, the food is terrible. Every. Single. Time. The one on Andrews is 10x better. I ordered kind of late, about 45 minutes before closing, but nobody was in line and my food took forever. The lemonades tasted like floor cleaner and my burger was undercooked and tasted terrible. Workers always have bad attitude and just stand around talking. I have never had a worse experience from Wendy’s."
