"First time getting the tenders, fries and lemonade, DELICIOUS! My new favorite chicken place! Haven't been there, had husband pick up, take out. But the food was great."
"Foods good but service is quickly going downhill since opening, orders are increasingly wrong and the line will come to a complete halt for 5-10 minutes at a time multiple times around lunch even when its not very busy. Seems understaffed, first window is never open for payment so the person at the second window is a mess trying to do payments and sorting two lanes of orders."
"We have been here many times since they opened and the past two times it was not good. We had to ask that they clean the outside tables which were disgusting the previous time and than this time the food was subpar. The fries were not that warm and they had an old or inferior oil taste, the chicken was veiny and tougher. I do not know if steps were taken to buy lesser priced ingredients but I suspect so. We are very disappointed and probably won’t be back. Why is it that places cannot remain consistent?"
"Love Canes usually and frequent the Akron and Canton locations on a regular basis, but this place was horrible. After getting our order, we looked for a place to sit, and every single table in the entire place had either crumbs or left over food on it. Would have been more understanding, but we were the only people there at 3:00 in the afternoon. Food was okay, but not up to the standard that it usually is. This place really needs a manager to direct employee show to do simple tasks like cleaning tables and emptying the trash. Won’t be back to this Canes anytime soon."
"Great place for chicken tenders. Tried this on a weeknight with my husband. Shared the 4 chicken tender basket with fried and Texas toast. Food was hot, was ready quickly, and tasted good. Staff were friendly too. Tables were clean. Will definitely return."
