"Worse McDonald's I have ever been to. I used the drive-thru and they directed me to a parking space in their parking lot. Not only did it take 15 minutes for them to bring me my food, the bag containing the food was wide open at the top - not folded twice like it's supposed to be - and the fries were already getting cold. This is pathetic. Ray Kroc must be spinning his grave. What happened to 30 seconds from grill to customer?????"
"I went in when it was slow, it still took almost 10 minutes to get a meal. ( Not meeting clock time at all). They have a poor laid out parking lot and drive thru design. Making wait time and traffic getting in and out a hassle. The fries I got where fresh but you can tell they have not changed the oils out for awhile. And now they don't even put prices on the menu because of the cost of the products. It always a hot and miss at this location for good food and service."
"The general manager here is honestly one of the worst managers I’ve ever spoken to. Im a manager and I can’t believe I was spoken to that way. I called to let them know my sandwich was raw and she proceeded to tell me she needed me to come back and bring it back to prove it. No apologies were given to me at all. I told her I could send her a picture but then I was hung up on. So I guess I’ll post my picture here!"
"By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. Drive through is always pull up and wait. 50/50 shot if they forget about you and your order. 30 minutes sitting in spot 6 waiting on food. Forgot about it, had to go in to be told our order was gone."
"Quick service and food was prepared correctly! Landscaping looked great and the inside was neat and clean! Even though I tried to give the cashier a hard time she maintained her professionalism! Worth the 5 stars"
