"I would give it zero stars in principle if I could. I placed an order over the phone for the Lakewood store and the women who answered was beyond disrespectful and hung up the phone on me when I explained i misordered something. When I picked up the order, the women at the counter (maybe the same one) was even nastier. I was nothing but polite but the employee chose anger and hate that day so I promise I will not be back to support such unkind people. I was just trying to help feed a man down in his luck and it appeared the staff made it a point to make him feel uncomfortable while picking up the food. The mediocre pizza could not make up for the poor experience."
"Call to order a pizza the woman who answered the phone had a bad and nasty attitude. She asked me to wait on hold. I obliged her. She then hung up the phone. I then called back. She yelled at me and told me “didn’t I tell you to wait on hold”, I said ma’am the phone hung up she said no you’re just impatient and then put me back on hold. I will not be doing business with this location ever."
"I feel people don't really appreciate this place. Is it the best pizza? No. Is it open late as heck and will deliver? Yes! So appreciate it for the late night drunk pizza place it is. Then you'll never be disappointed about Nunzio's."
"This pizza is so underrated. You have to know what to order and I promise it’s easily one of the best pizza places in Cleveland. Try the thick crust with extra cheese and the margherita sauce with extra pepperoni, soo good!"
