"My girlfriend and I discovered "It's Just Wings" on a recent trip to Pittsburg. We ordered the smoked wings and they were incredible. We were excited to find a location that was close to us. We placed an order last night and they were *nothing* like our first experience. We ordered the smoked wings again and received traditional fried wings that were greasy and bland. Needless to say, we were very disappointed."
"Didn’t get a chance to really try these as they aren’t cooked? Wasn’t feeling up to getting food poisoning. The fries were edible, but there were about 5-8 total, and already mashed to a pulp. Might need to change the name as “It’s Just Wings” implies they know how to make wings."
"Constantly cancels your order right after submitting. They are only on doordash, so you have to wait 3 days to get your money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm ordering $40 of wings at 530pm and you close at 10. What's the problem here? You running out of wings that early? Close the site down then."
"Something strange going on. You can only order from DoorDash however the order gets cancelled because the restaurant doesn’t respond. I called Chili’s and the person who answered the phone didn’t even know that “it’s just wings “ was in their facility. After a LONG wait another person came to the phone who insisted that nothing was wrong since they’d had an order go through once today. I asked if Chili’s had wings but I was told they were different from “it’s just wings “. If the goal is to have less work due to less customers then they certainly are succeeding."
