Chili's Grill & Bar

"I have had several trips to this location. Unfortunately the food and service is very inconsistent and I do not have any pictures of my quesadilla for this review. In the passed couple months I have visited several times ordering the chicken wings plain and garlic parm as well as the bacon chicken ranch quesadilla. The first time I ordered the wings they were fresh hot and juicy. The BCR quesadilla was a hot mess. It looked small and messy just kinda tossed on the plate, the lettuce was scattered about the plate, the sour cream and Pico were all piled atop one another. It was unappealing and unpleasant. The next time I ordered takeout, the wings were extremely overcooked. They were dry and crusty and were completely inedible, I did call and speak with a manager who offered to replace the wings on my next visit. The quesadilla was soft and not toasted and there was about a tablespoon of Pico for the order even though I asked for extra. The service has been inconsistent as well. On one occasion our waitress was very attentive and engaged, other times they were not very attentive and didn't check on us if we needed anything and engaged in no additional conversation. Our beverages were left unfilled and were not asked if we needed more chips and salsa. Last night we went and our waitress abruptly left in the middle of our meal and another waitress came over to let us know and totally forgot about us. The quesadilla was very good this time but the presentation of the meals need work. The Xtra Pico and extra sour cream I requested were just slopped on the plate rather than being put in the little cups. I will still try and give them a chance but am losing patience. Side note each time I have gone for dine in it was not noticeably busy. I do not have any photos of the quesadilla but here is a photo of the wings that were overcooked and very disappointing I do also need to note the deliciousness of the salsa. I have been to the Avon location and it was just juice. The salsa has been the only consistent thing at the North Olmsted location. Thicker consistency with a kick of spice. So whomever is responsible for making this Great Job!!!"

"A great overall experience came with my group of friends they sat us down pretty quick and were super attentive to what we needed like drink refills or any condiments. We did have a little mishap where my buddy ordered his food and got something different, but what they did here is what every business should do to please their customer. They took back his food and made it fresh and for him waiting while we ate they gave it to him completely on the house. This was a great move by the restaurant and management, this was a phenomenal way of making up for a mistake on their part. Good service good food and good management is what all places need!"

"We had a wonderful experience at Chili's in North Olmsted! Our server was fantastic, and the food was delicious! This was our first time here, and we will be back! We ordered the dip trio, and it was great! We couldn't eat it all, so the server gave us another bag of fresh chips to go, and we just had to heat them up! Also, we had the chicken tenders, and the breading on them was so good, and the Mac and cheese was excellent! Overall, great experience!"
