"What's wrong with the workers here? I watched a manager cough into her hand and then serve an ice cream cone with her bare hand. Some lady came by and swept under my feet while I was eating but didn't bother to do the rest of the tables. Retraining needed? Personalities run this restaurant at all levels. The management of this restaurant displays on many levels that the managers rule the roost around here, and you as a customer get your food, your beverage or your coffee when they fee like giving it to you. I've witnessed it from snarky remarks made by managers to poor or improper handling of food to outright belligerence. I witnessed a manager fail to give the customer a complete order and when the customer said something, she ignore the customer and got on the phone. It was a full two minutes before anyone acknowledged the customer. And that attitude transcends management to staff. Staff are inattentive, at times. They know how managers treat customers and have learned by example."

"We’ve recently had poor service at this location, them not getting our order correct. I caught it the first time, that they shorted us a 10 piece nugget and they got it for us. The second time I didn’t catch that they gave us a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger, which greatly upset my kid. Both times they forgot to give us the nugget sauce we asked for. Would not reccomend."

"I visited this mcdonald's 2/17/2024 around 3pm, ordered food for my family, the young man taking our order at the first window was very kind and well mannered. The women named Sam at the second window giving out the food was the complete opposite. So rude and disrespectful. As soon as we got to the second window she tells us to pull forwards and our food would be brought to us, we asked if we could have our sauces and our 6 drinks before we pulled forward so they wouldn't be forgotten and instantly she got upset, telling us only two of our drinks were rang in then she slammed the window and disappeared for a minute. When she returned she gave us one bag of food that only had two items in it, she handed it to us and shut the window immediately, so we had to sit there and wait for her to come back to tell her the rest of our food was missing. She then just slammed the window shut and disappeared again, after a minute we see her pop back up and she hands our second bag of food to a younger girl to come give to us, that girl was nice, but we asked her for the name of the Women we had been dealing with before because her distasteful behavior, the younger girl was unsure of what to do so she just asked the first women to come back to the window and tell us her name. Once she returned the attitude continued and was even worse, she told us her name was adam and asked if we wanted the number to call and complain, we told her no and she responded by telling us something along the lines of "You look like the type that already has it karen" and slammed the window and walked away. Such classless and distasteful behavior coming from a grown women, it wasn't our fault that she kept messing up our order. Once we got home we noticed our food was also not made properly, for example cheeseburgers that were supposed to only have onion have everything on them. Due to this we decided to call and speak the the manager. We got on the phone with the General Manager Amanda, and she was a delight, very nice and apologetic and great customer service skills. She told us she will replace our meal and also will have a talk with Sam. I am very appreciative of Amanda, and I am sorry certain employees behave like that making the experience unpleasant. General Manager Amanda gets 5 stars from us!"

"The staff here are always really helpful and kind. I usually place mobile orders and my food is always ready super quick and is nice and fresh."
