"Our experience last night was horrible. The blonde woman taking our order was barely listening and extremely rude to us. I had to repeat our order twice and then she got an attitude. We waited so long for our food after that. There was only one other person in front of us and we only ordered two sandwiches and two sliders. The wait was so bad that the person in line in front of us left without getting their food. I wish we had done the same. After waiting for over ten minutes while the employees chatted and goofed around, they finally gave us our food. When we got home we were horrified. I have never received such poor quality food from a fast food establishment in my life. I swear on everything that they purposely squished our sandwiches because they were so messy and flat. There was also nothing else that way heavy in our bag so how did they get so roughed up? They were inedible because of how badly they were squished and how poorly they were thrown together. I paid $20 for the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten. We aren’t coming here anymore."
"You have to be careful driving In because it is a small entrance. They have have a bunch of small posts to keep you from hitting the curb. I checked my bag for my sandwiches but did not check for the fries so guess what they forgot to put in the bag. In addition to forgetting my fries they they also forgot cheese on my beef n cheddar. I called the store and someone said I could come tonight or tomorrow to get my fries. All my food was 100% cold too."
"Hire someone else for the drive thru. The current heavyset woman working it is very rude and unprofessional. She's the first and last person you see here and it should be someone kinder and doesn't bite your head off if you need a sauce or have a quick question. She has one expression every time I'm here and it's this mad face. Arby's do better! Starting to miss the old run down location with the better employees."
