"The young man that worked the drive thru was kind. Smiled and had something nice to say. Great customer service. The whopper jrs Rocked. They were fresh and the fries were HOT. Their bbq sauce beats all fast food chains!"

"Stale buns, grey/black butt sliver of what used to be a pickle. The buns weren't the only stale item. The customer service is terrible, long wait for old food served by escaped prisoners who never learned manners. Nothing on the burger but the meat forgot all the toppings. No sauce for 16 piece nugget, why even bother asking. Floors always sticky, drink station and tables a mess. Watched the cooks put their hands down there pants and drip sweat over the food.This isn't the first time i have received bad service from this Burger King. Drive to another location this one should be shut down. What an embarrassment to the city of North Olmsted."
"Closed before they were supposed to be. I understand bring short staffed but the person I interacted with yelled at me thru the window and then yelled at me because I tried to ask a question?? Short staffed and short attitude. Like another review said, you can't rate the food if you don't get any."
"Hadn't been to a Burger King in a couple of years, there's a McDonalds very close to my house. Got two, double cheeseburgers with extra ketchup and extra mustard, hold the pickles. Not only very tasty but I should have taken a picture and sent it to Burger King corporate headquarters for their advertising. Actually looked like the pictures. Now I just wish they'd open one on Detroit Road in Westlake, say close to Bradley........"
