"The lady who took my order was great, and that is where it ended. I asked for extra sauce on my sandwich, and it was dry. The pop was off, and the fries I received were the end of the bag. Nothing but small bits, nothing longer than my thumb, and there were only a few that long. Your food is normally great, that is why I'm willing to pay the insane price. I will not be going back to that particular branch again. I hope I don't have this bad experience again. If I do, I can't say I will continue to go."
