Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I am never getting takeout from this business again. I was very specific in my instructions. I asked for a salad with beans, corn, sautéed veggies, extra chicken, and pico. What I got was an absolute disappointment. Not only did I get a bean bowl that was filled with liquid, I got barely any chicken or veggies. Absolutely ridiculous. The final straw was how salty it was, I have always ordered inside, and have never had any issues with salt until now. Maybe this location is just lower quality, I would not reccomend."

"Another disappointing Chipotle experience. I was hopeful that this location would get it right since the amherst one has totally given up. All employees were clearly unhappy and taking the path of least resistance. The chicken was old stale and not flavored, the salsa and onions were over the top in acidity and still no employees know what ‘light sour cream’ means. It was dripping with liquid after the third bite. I should give up on this brand."

"I ordered Carne Asada. I only got 4 strips of steak. Are you kidding me? You gave me leftover all is a veggie whole bowl. I had to throw it away after the steak was gone. I wasted my money and on my birthday. I will never order there ever again. Rating Zero!"

"Wouldn't even let us inside to order so we had to wait in the parking lot for 20 minutes for to go. Get home and they gave the smallest portions we have ever seen at a chipotle. Usually we can split a bowl and chips between the two of us but tonight's meal isnt even hardly enough for one of us and we dont eat a lot. Extremely let down with the quality of food and service. This company's serving line is built on the idea that you get to see your food prepared to make sure it's how you want it, in this case we were forced to order online for no good reason and couldn't see our food because we wouldn't have paid for it. **This chipotle restaurant continues to get worse and worse. We no longer go. Last night at around 7pm they were out of cheese and sour cream and someone In line ahead of me asked the to go line if he could have a side of sour cream and she looked over saw that there station wasnt out and looked back and said this stuff over here is for online orders only so no. So rude to dismiss a paying customer like that. At this point If I could give negative stars I would."
