"EDIT: They messed it up AGAIN... this time they dropped my pizza and had to remake it, not a problem. Had to wait an extra 15 minutes after work. OK. Got home, only to discover they MADE ME THE WRONG PIZZA. I ordered a thick, well done. They made a thin, well done, which ended up being a burnt mess due to the lack of thickness. I had to go all the way back to have them remake it a third time. It has literally been like 10+ times they messed up my order. I know, I am insane for going back, but it used to be soooooo good. I keep holding out hope that the quality will return. We have gone to this Marcos weekly for 12 years. This used to be the best Marcos around. Unfortunately, it has really gone down hill in the past year. I don't remember the last time they got my order correct. Quality has gone downhill too. They used to make beautiful pizzas here, but now they come out sad and floppy with unbalanced toppings. It is clear whoever is working here now, simply does not care about quality."

"Probably the worst pizza place in town. Tried calling a couple days ago, they said pick up was over an hour. We literally Joke and take bets on the wait time for PICK UP!! Tonight, we call for pizza, it’s 30 minute pick up, cool no issue. We get there and the lady with pink hair, no teeth, running the counter is arguing with the other woman, that they don’t know what our order is, she doesn’t know how to run the register, can’t find our order or make it to cash us out. The drivers just stood there ignoring us and the issue. You could hardly understand the woman. But she said I can’t run the register, and find your order, so we can’t even make your order. So we were sent away with no pizza. This place has become an absolute joke anymore. Find better employees who are able to do their job."
