"I ordered one item to pick up. I pulled into the drive thru and not one person acknowledged me. I sat there for over ten minutes before I parked and went in. Stood there..only customer in the store for several more minutes until one of the 5 people got my order. I understand it's busy on a Friday night but to not even say a word to a customer is ridiculous. I won't order from here again."

"I'm pretty sure I ordered a pizza eith chicken and bacon not a crust dipped in a little sauce Happens everytime at the branch. Gave this place another shot. Still terrible. Go to the pizza hut in North olmsted this place is garbage haven't had a good experience here. Figure waiting a few months would give them time to get it together. We'll they didn't. Don't waste your money here. It's terrible."
"The pizza is serviceable and it is consistent. I used to love Pizza Hut, but now just like it. They are trying to make their pizza healthier by not using as much grease in the crust, but then now it’s not even Pizza Hut anymore. I remember buying pizza hut pizza during school lunch and it was the best experience you could have a kid. No offense, but I don’t want my pizza to be healthy… I want that greasy crust from way back."
