"Employees were not helpful at all. After saying my order the driv-thru guy mentioned that the system is down and we are currently close. Another car drives next to me to order and they placed their order with no problems. I go to the window to ask why they approved the other cars order and not mine, driv-thru person said we dont take orders when people are disrespectful and laughing and said to come back tomorrow. I mentioned that I am ordering food for me and my family and I was about to spend around $70 worth of food and sales for the store but i guess they weren’t in need for late night sales so I went across the street to MCDonalds and they definitely appreciated me as a customer. I will never be buying from this Burger King ever again Thank you and hopefully the area director of this store will take some corrective action on this!"
"Newer BK location with lots of easy parking. Pleasant helpful counter staff. Met all expectations for this well known national franchise. Drive thru busy during peak hours, staff handles it well. Zero complaints."
"Went through the drive through tonight. Order was taken right away. I was told to pull up to the first window to pay and then he told me "I will flag you down to the second window to pick up your food when it's ready" I pulled up to the first window and sat there. Nobody came. Waited another 6 minutes. Heard a bunch of yelling inside. Pulled up to the 2nd window and there was somebody inside but he had his head down. Sat there for a couple of min and then finally I left. What the hell is going on????"
"Absolutely WORST Burger King I’ve ever been too. Employees were rude and hostile, the food was wrong, and things were even worse when trying to get it corrected. VERY happy there’s now a Culver’s across the street as this will be the last visit ever!!!!"
"Fast service. Great taste. Restaurant was very clean including the bathroom’s. Landscaping looks very good and the grounds were clean also. Will return!"
