"Worst experience at a Chipotle. My family and I had our food delivered (wasn't a delivery issue) and discovered all three of the oranges we received in our kids orders were rotten (my oldest bit into one and that's how we found out). The burritos were mush, falling apart, and inedible. Whoever was working tonight clearly didn't care about food quality at all. I tried reaching out to someone in the app and received no help. So I'm out dinner and a kid is completely grossed out. Maybe check everything to make sure it's actually at Chipotle's supposed standards before giving out to customers. ETA: To the automated, unhelpful response, I already chatted with Pepper and that did absolutely nothing. Maybe read the entire review before copying and pasting such a useless response."

"i ordered for pick up today at 6:30, whoever the lady was that was on grill did a fantastic job. the chicken wasn’t burnt and it was juicy as well as the rice having the perfect amount of citrus juice. so good i had to leave a review!"

"I’ve ordered here many times. We typically use the app. and go pick it up. The food was ready on time, had everything we ordered, and tasted great. One of my greatest annoyances is the app gives me points, but it’s typically been impossible to redeem any points. I’ll try to add chips and queso and it doesn’t allow it. This time it worked- which was great. If you haven’t been here in a while- you should try the queso- it’s great. I feel like this location has gotten better. They have had some struggles here and there- but I think most of the problems have been related to the app. I don’t think it has limited how many orders it takes at a time- so if too many people order, they can get backed up."
