"Food was good, service was good. Restaurant could use some cleaning. Biggest complaint is they could not provide us with a credit card receipt for our purchase. This seems to be a common issue with all fast food."

"The food was good. Unfortunately I got about literally half of a container of French fries. If I can figure out a way to upload the actual picture that I took it's absolutely ridiculous for $14 worth of food. It seems like I had this problem before with this place it's just been a while I won't be returning. If the people that were working there weren't just standing around looking at their cell phones maybe somebody would be paying attention. Hopefully I left this on the right store Oberlin Ohio"

"Everytime I go here they mess it up or it tastes awful. They don't want to give you a receipt because they know you're going to complain. The dining room is always closed and even if you get the right order the food isn't right...like watered down chili with no meat..I had to stand in the drive thru line because they won't pick up their phone or open the door to talk to you. She never even Apologized just handed me my money. The lady in the drive thru car that I apologized to for interrupting her service time apologized to me for having to go through it."

"Stopped a little before 8 P.M. Had placed a mobile order. Went through drive-thru to pick up order. Was informed at the window they didn't have any baked potatoes which I had ordered. Asked if I wanted fries instead, told them no, I would like refund for potato they didn't have. All 5 employees seemed a little miffed that I didn't want fries. Got refund for potato. Waited at least 5 minutes for burgers. Got burgers that were cold. I guess you can always rely on such quality food and service from this location. Apparently the owners of this establishment don't care."

"What a horrible experience this was today. The front door was locked and the staff was not letting anyone in. Customers that were inside were opening up the door for customers. There was 5 people working. One that didn’t know how to run a cash register. Another that was eating french fries from the fry bin. One was sleeping next to the grill “ pictured with a white arrow”. One lady was loading a bag after she sneezed into her hands. Never did it cross her mind to wash her hands. The 5th person was just randomly walking around in the back. There was no sense of urgency. The whole kitchen area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week” also pictured” I’m calling the health department on this location. People should not be eating from here. I understand you don’t get quality with fast food. Although this wasn’t fast at all. Waited at least 20 mins for an order that was cold and to not get a drink because the soda machine was broke. This location should be shut down. For the record, I never write reviews. Although after throwing away $22 I feel like I needed to do this."
