"Quarter Pounder with Cheese was HOT!! For a change! Thank you!!!! Gal brought out food just minutes from pulling in, in bad weather,THANK you for the Smile!! Traffic pattern was different, going to spot to wait. Great Job to ALL of You!!!!"
"Had to make 2 trip into the restaurant to get my pickup order corrected. 2 sweet teas ordered. Ended up with one sweet and one unsweetened. Pulled out of pick up space leaving the McD parking lot. Opened my Dailey double sandwich checking to make sure there wasn't any cheese as ordered. Check. No cheese but wait NO tomatoes. WHATTTTTT.. Go back inside again with a burger that is missing the tomato. All's well, sandwich is remade. Just disappointed that orders can't be made/filled correctly. This is a prime example why I always try to check my order before leaving the restaurant. Each staff member that helped with each issue was courteous in correcting the errors. Just can't figure how one line order for 2 sweet teas gets me 1 sweet and 1 unsweet...and whoever made the DAILEY double probably though oh. It's a double no tomato, but they had the lettuce and shivered onions which don't come on the double unless added. Go figure."
"I come here often. They utilize the reserved drive-thru parking spaces way too often so they can rush orders through that they can't keep up with, to the point where they have people parked everywhere and poor worker kids running around trying to figure out who ordered what. I think next time I'm not moving from the window until I'm handed my order. Maybe they'll stop taking orders they can't handle, and focus on getting the orders they already have out first."
"Not greeted at food window. In fact, the employee did not say a word to me even as I left. There was Carmel syrup dripping all around outside of my cup, and I was not given any Napkins in my bags until I asked for them. All other points of interaction with the employees were fine."
"Got a fish sandwich meal $9.00. The fillet only covered half the bun and the slice of cheese was the size of a quarter. Pitaful."
