"Stopped at this location for the first time thinking because it was in a good location and was hopefully the food was good. Well NOPE I got my food (sausage mcmuffin, 1 hash brown) I received and was charged one egg McMuffin and two hash browns. Drove literally across the street where I work at the mall and my food was completely ice cold as if now only it had been sitting in the bag all day but that it was sitting somewhere cold. Get your act together it's just good service, really not that hard."

"My hamburgers had an odor/aroma reminiscent of that in the men’s bathroom, which is the worst smelling McDonalds bathroom that I’ve experienced. (And I eat at different McDonalds restaurants at least 4 times/week.)"

"The pregnant woman always in blue seems to hate her job. Every time I go there and she works she is incredibly rude. I went there for breakfast with my wife and daughter. I had to go up to the counter and waited for 10 minutes. She took a persons order at the counter, then cussed at someone over her headset. Then she went and laughed and complained with the manager about customers. She seen me standing up front before she left and before she came back. Finally since I wasn’t leaving she came up and I asked if we could have a cup since it was not provided when they brought our meal out. She didn’t apologize or anything. She looked at me and said “if we’re not up here and we are busy, just grab a cup”. From behind their counter mind you. I went back today to order a Mcchicken, fry and a coffee. I waited for 10 minutes before anyone came to the second window with my food. Finally she came up to the window didn’t say a word. Just handed me my food and drink and looked at me nasty then shut the window. Somebody needs to fire her. It’s like the franchise owners don’t care."

"Picture says it all, "I don't care about my job and I don't care about customers." All our burgers were like this. Seems this is becoming common place at fast food places. They say they can't find good employees and set the bar so low for just showing up that their employees don't care. I had 1 packet of ketchup in my car already that we shared on our burgers. Nice."

"Order accuracy absolutely blows at this location. Check your food before you leave the drive through. I can't tell you how many times they have botched my order because I've lost count. It's never worth it to call because the only answer is "well come back and we will replace it." Well I don't want to do that, I'm already home. You print special tags for the burgers, how about assemble it right the first time. My 4 year old won't let me go to this one because his burger comes with stuff he won't eat on it. My kid is right, and as of today won't go to this location, and I suggest everyone to do the same."
