"ordered over 45 minutes ago… called back to see where our order was, they say it’s on the way. when we make sure it’s the correct order, it’s a completely different order then what we placed over the phone. the same guy we gave the order to tells us we called back and changed the order which we did not. they charged us full price for the pizzas we’ve been waiting 45 minutes for and told us to wait 30 more minutes. Bye bye dominos hello Cousin Vinnys."

"Used the app to order food. Saw the driver arrive and go into building. I went into hallway to wait. Driver Chrystal never showed! 2 of my neighbors were there the whole time. Found driver had called 6 times in 2 1/2 minutes and never left a voicemail. I looked back outside and driver’s car was gone. Called Domino’s back and told them what happened. The receptionist asked if l would like the order resent. I said yes. Then waited another 45 minutes for food to arrive. Called back and was told manager made the decision that l had to pick up the order. Now they didn’t call me to tell me this! How was l supposed to know this!! This is irresponsible management! He needs to go back to training to deal properly with the public. I am a disabled, 64 year old man and am unable to just trot down the road to pick up my food. Very poor manager! Do not recommend this Domino’s at 531 Wilmington Avenue because totally of him! Driver should have left a message on voicemail as well! Shame! Will never order from them again and will recommend that all tenants do the same! Shame on you!!!"

"I love dominos, unfortunately my most recent order was messed up. Ordered a sub for my mother, it was fine Ordered a chicken alfrado bread bowl for me and the chicken is just 3 huge chunks that weren't cooked enough because it wasn't broken up at all. Never had this issue with this dish. Took one bite the chicken was super chewy and impossible to eat. Scared to eat this as it didn't smell right the moment I walked out with it. Had that smell, like you gonna get very sick from this type of smell to it. I've already got the flu I'm good on food poisoning. Maybe avoid the chicken if ordering here. I'm just gonna scrape everything out and heat the bowl up more to be safe. But yeah avoid the chicken if ordering here, it might not be raw, but it's barely cooked right now. 100% because they are trying to use these huge chunks. I've never had chicken taste like this or be super chewy and impossible to swallow"

"I really hate when my food is thrown at my door. Have a little whits about you. Delivery notes clearly state loud cranky dog, so you throw my food at the door? Not only did I jump out of my skin but my pizza is thrown all over it’s box."
