"I order a pickup for DoorDash at 9:04, I got here about at 9:30. They told me two minutes . I waited 10 before I walked up to the window & asked how long again. He said “it’s still not done, about five more minutes” I’ve been waiting another 10 minutes & it’s still not ready at 10:02. They keep offering me drink & cookies or anything extra I just want my food. And the man up front just keeps laughing and smiling . Very unprofessional"
"Where’s the cheese for a philly cheese steak sub? I will never order from this location again. I called to ask about the portion and apparently my order was made by a part owner and to specification of 2.75 ounces of cheese. Again, where?? Not to mention they do not have mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato etc for there subs for some odd reason. It was tasteless, plain and not worth the money. Even the bread didn’t have garlic butter toasted flavor."
