"I've been wanting to try this place for a while and I was happy to finally see it open for business. I decided to go through the drive-thru and order a Birria burrito bowl to see what it was all about. I was absolutely blown away by the food - the flavor of everything, the taste, the portions, the freshness. This was BY FAR the best bowl I've had from anywhere, including FAR ABOVE offerings from places like Chipotle and Hot Head. If El Toro maintains this quality and value, they have a hit on their hands and I can see this concept expanding. Service was prompt and friendly as well. Well done, El Toro!"
