"Delicious Ramen with excellent service. The appetizers we had were also delicious, their version of the pork buns, the meat was so tender as well as the bun and the sauce had a nice savory sweet flavor. We had the Japanese Sausage last time and it had a very nice flavor and texture comparable to a dinner sausage but of higher quality. I feel their broth has improved over time with the tonkatsu having a silky texture balanced saltiness. I had the sky sauce topped version last time and enjoyed it. The bowls are huge. The meats are tender. The restaurant is on the smaller side. Great flavors and service!"
"great little spot we got miso ramen (8/10) and the tantan ramen (6/10) and the katsu don. my advice: don’t miss the chicken katsu! it was my favorite part of the meal."
"First thing's first, I love the starter menu here. They most of the essentials you'd find at a Japanese spot. The green gyoza and shumai were both really soft/delicate with strong, fresh flavors that could stand alone, but the dipping sauce also paired very well. The Japanese nagoya wings had a tasty, sweet and spicy rub and a decent amount of crispness. They also have an extensive ramen menu. So far, I've only tried the shio paitan; the broth was excellent.. 10 out of 10! The chicken was tender, and there were good flavors throughout the entire bowl; nothing wasted or just there for show. Genki will definitely continue to get my business."
"Absolutely delicious! The food was fantastic! We had three appetizers because there were so many riveting options to choose from. We got both a ramen bowl and a rice bowl so that we could try each. So good! I highly recommend this place! Tara was an excellent waitress and we'll be back."
"The food was very good and came out extremely fast. The service was friendly and attentive, but did not know the whole menu and had quite a bit of trouble helping the next table over with the beer selection. The atmosphere knocks this place down as the corner next to our table was very dirty, and the kitchen staff looked extremely bored and sat around looking at their phones when not cooking. They could have been using that time to clean the grease, cobwebs, and food debris from our corner."
