"Tried to schedule an appointment for my son. The staff member I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. I called several times and was told the doctor hadn’t given an answer as to when she could see him. I called a different dermatologist and they set me up with an appointment immediately. I don’t feel as if I should have to beg to get an appointment. We will visit a doctor and staff who actually care about their patients."

"I went to three different appointments here to figure out what was wrong wiht my skin. The doctor couldn't figure out I have eczema. She ordered 2 different allergy tests and I told her eczema runs in the family and she didn't diagnose or write a prescription for it. I went to another dermatologist and they diagnosed the second they saw it."
