"I just want to say thank you. Every time I've been to St Anne's for diagnostic testing everyone treated me with polite respect and kindness. From the registration area ( thank you Alex) to the techs, to the lab and xray crew, I was made to feel comfortable and treated with compassion. There were no lengthy waiting periods, I was in and out. I couldn't ask for more."

"Richard miller the hip replacement surgeon is the worst! He's an in it to win it kind of guy. He's all about quantity, how many can I get done in a day? Instead of quality. If this arrogant surgeon is working on you, you should consider investing in a shoe lift company, because when he's finished with you one leg will be longer than the other. My 257 dollar boots now cost 367 dollars, The slippers I bought were 40 dollars, they are now 150 dollars because I have to put a lift in every shoe I buy. I'm pretty sure he graduated at the bottom of his class. He's incompetent!"

"Absolutely awful hospital. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. My mother came here for a standard procedure and died the very next day!! She was having issues breathing and they sent her home! She is a recovering cancer patient. When she called the hospital to tell them that she was still having issues breathing and spitting up blood, they told her that was normal and ignored her symptoms!! My mom should still be here with me today!!!"

"Scheduled a CT scan with contrast in early August. The registration desk called me at least 3 times to ask the same questions. On the day of the scan. The technician in the CT scan room inquired if I had allergies. I am allergic to the contrast. I told the registration desk that important information 3 times. I took my medication prep as directed by my doctor. The technician refused to perform the CT scan with contrast because they were not trained to handle any emergencies if there were breathing complications due to my allergies. The procedure was complete w/o contrast. The technician lied on the report and stated that I didn't take the required prep as required- so the CT w contrast could not be performed. They were not prepared to perform the correct test. They also overcharged my insurance company for three CT scans- only one scan was completed. Frustrating experience at best."
