"First time taking my dogs here to get groomed and the dogs appeared clean at first and the prices are reasonable. However, both dogs are still wet, not clean, and they smell like cigarette smoke. I’m on my way to the self wash after spending nearly $100 to give them baths because they smell like ashtrays and still have dirt on their bellies and paws. I’m a non smoker and it’s absolutely appalling. I understand this is a facility for dogs and that can come with some smells, but, this is 100% cigarette smoke and it is overwhelming after just spending a few hours there. I won’t be taking them back. I wanted them cleaned not returned smelling worse than when I dropped them off. I now understand why they only take cash because you can’t request a refund for services not completed. I paid $95 for nail trims…."
