"From registration to pre-op lab work and post-op recovery, all were handled in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. They do appear to be understaffed but, currently, who isn’t. Thank You goes out to Dr Hanson, the Nurses and staff for the great care. As a side note, thanks to the ladies in the cafeteria for serving me lunch even though I was there slightly after close. The food was tasty."

"Management sucks really bad there. I’ve met some staff there that is not all with it. The doctors are horrible in the ER. When I come in sometime in the mid afternoon the place is filthy. The manager in the cafeteria is rude and disrespectful. People have no manners there. Also, the care there is horrible. They do nothing to help. I absolutely do not recommend going here unless it’s to see dr Spangler. He’s amazing!! I would love to point out….Nicole and Cynthia are two very hard workers. They clean the hospital the way it should be"

"I'd give 0 stars if I could. This hospital and their staff are completely incompetent and should be investigated. I was 26wks pregnant having severe issues needing medical attention now! Not only did I have to wait to be seen, but they did nothing for hrs as they waiting the results from my labs to return diagnosing me with severe preeclampsia. I suffered for hrs until my BP went to 187/118 and I went unresponsive. Finally they began helping me after almost killing me and my unborn son. From there they claimed to be such heroes for saving me and getting me moved to Toledo Promedica, giving themselves the upmost credit as if they had performed a miracle. The truth is they called my PCP, and he had me transferred to Toledo Childrens hospital. Thank god for getting to help and safety! Paulding hospitals staff are the most disgusting and rude people. I told my story on social media and a nurse went insane and demanded I be thankful they saved my life. I will never thank someone for so called saving me after almost killing me. They have no idea what they are doing and if anyone can go to a different hospital please do so. Going to this hospital will be a huge mistake and it could your last."
