"Every time I go to Rally's, the food is hot and fresh. They usually have deals going on to. I always walk inside, and I am greeted once the window is opened. The staff is friendly and professional."
"Hard to access and make the drive through order box due to a concrete block, slower service but the food was all hot and tested just how I remember it from years ago. Location could use a face lift big tine."
"Would get very low Stars if I didn't always ask for fresh meat. If they are very busy you don't need to order fresh meat. If you go through the drive-thru and they're not busy always order fresh meat because most of the time the meat isn't even hot enough to warm the cheese. I've actually gotten cold cheese on my burger when I bit into it."

"Late night visit, generally every restaurant in town will all tell you the exact same lie from 8:30-9pm and later, "our shake machine is down". Absolute lie 99% of the time, however rallys doesn't lie to you, they keep that puppy running til the wee hours despite having to clean it and stay super late, why such a bad rating you ask? Because the chocolate shake I ordered taste like pureed gym socks after 13 people were forced to pick the same pair of socks up run til their heart burst, then the next guy pull the socks of his unfortunate comrade only to expire the exact same way."
