"Why is there a sign on the wall with shelves that say pick up? I sat and waited for 10 minutes near the pick up shelves. Finally, I went to the counter and asked about my pick up. Apparenrly, they do not use the pick up shelves at all. The woman behind the counter refused to empathize or take any kind of responsibility for the misleading sign. Very poor customer service. Put a sign that tells people to get their pick up order at the counter."
"This location has done great on my first couple of orders. Thanks a lot. Kept coming...I use the app and drive through. Chipolte's system is broken. Thanks for the cold food as I sat in your drive through for 15 minutes past my pick-up time. Garbage..."
"I always get the same thing. The last 3 to 4 times I’ve been, the chicken has been horrendous. Like the bowl was not edible. Either very chewy or actually impossible to chew. Big chunks. Wish this location could get it right."
"my husband and I usually eat here once a week and recently the food as been awful. We went today and got 2 bowls 1 chicken and 1 barbacoa. The barbacoa wasn’t even shredded my husband said it tasted under cooked. My chicken was in big chunks and very chewy. The rice and meat were cold as if it hadn’t been cooked/in a warmer. Not to mention our bowls were half full. If I’m paying $10 for a bowl I want $10 worth of bowl not a half scoop of everything."
"Food: Good! I enjoyed it. Cleanliness: Good enough. Service: Good enough. A couple of downers: --1. Cashier included the meal of the person behind me in my bill. I went ahead and accepted it (pay it forward), but there were no obvious reasons for the mistake. For some others, this can make a very negative customer experience. --2. The tables for their booth seating are fixed to the floor and unmovable. I'm a big guy, but not an especially big guy. The table edge was significantly pushing into my belly. Come on, Chipotle! This is such a fundamental design/installation mistake, and now it creates a continuous and built-in bad customer experience for everyone who sits there and is not still age 20 slender. You gotta do better."
