"5 employees on break waited on a happy meal for over 20 minutes but they all had time to smoke chat and point at my car. one had blue hair . completely unproffesional and a few looked like they had on manager shirts !"
"This McDonald's is always slow whether you order online ahead or go through the drive thru. They get some part of the order wrong 9 times out of 10 as well. I have had great experiences with the Cold Spring location and would rather go out of my way to go there."
"Placed an order on their app which was pretty easy. 3 medium fries, a big Mac, a 6 piece McNugget and a double cheeseburger. When I pulled up to the second window the employee said just find a place to park we will bring your food out when it's ready. I could see 5 other cars waiting for their food. I asked him how long he said 5 to 10 minutes I said that's probably closer to 20 minutes and he said yes probably, so I asked for a refund. This McDonald's was awful years ago then they had new owners and new management which brought it back to being a decent place to go for food, I hate to see it going backwards again. 1/10 would not recommend."
"Ordered breakfast through the McDonald's app, steak egg and cheese bagel with hash browns and a small coke food arrives and it still warm. Amazing, unwrapped my sandwich was excited to have a bagel for a change. The bagel is hard as a brick dry stale. It's hard. Doesn't taste good. This seems to be a trend with this restaurant location.It is impossible to get something that actually tastes good from the Alexandria Kentucky McDonald's. Complaining gets you nowhere seems as if the whole dang corporation does not care ..and why should they we are all out here keeping the coffees full of money ."
"I placed an order through the app for the first time today at this location that included curbside pickup. Every other McDonald's location that I've ordered through the app from has been more efficient. At this location I do not recommend. I pulled up to my curbside spot and notified them I was there and waited about 10 minutes before trying to go inside to pick up my food, since no one came out. Once inside I stood at the counter about 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Food was cold and disappointing.. Also, this location never offers you a receipt, probably because they don't want the bad reviews going to corporate."
