"SOOO rude on phone,don't call anyone sir or mam because u never know who ur insulting,I'm a woman with a deep voice,and she hung up on me! Little ruid girl,sorry u don't like ur job, maybe change? Lolol also menu said I could replace coleslaw for a salad she said, we don't do that,I said that's funny cause it says so on your menu!!!!!"

"We placed an order for to go and were willing to wait for the food to be cooked fresh, our mistake. The girl behind the register wrote the o4der down, then repeated the order to us to make certain it was correct. She told us 20-30 minutes, and we sat down in the empty dinig area. Fast forward 35 minutes another girl comes out of the back and says we scared her and asked if we had been seating here long waiting for dine in. I told her we were waiting for our food she asked us for our name and she went to the back. She had a small conversation with a male in the back and she brought out our food. Although we were missing an entire pizza. How the order can get messed up and a whole pizza can be overlooked is crazy. The girl then asked me if I wanted to wait for it, and laughed because the idea that she thought I would pay for something, then not receive and say anything other than get my pizza was absurd. We were then treated like we messed the order up, there was no one that apologized or tried to make anything right for us! They gave us our Pizza 15 minutes later and we left with two bad tastes in our mouth, one from the subpar experience and the second from the burnt steak hoagie! This restaurant came highly suggested but small, local businesses can't afford to not care about the experiences customers have. Lucky for them I'm not from around these parts because I won't be back! Truly disappointed!"

"I have always had nothing but the best experiences with this restaurant. The staff go above and beyond to make ensure that my order is hot,fresh and exactly what I ask for, they are kind, respectful and always willing to help any chance given. My family has been long time customers of their establishment and we typically order at least once a week if not more. Matter of fact we are known by name every time we call our order in and again greeted by name when we go to pick up the order. They recently remodeled the dining area and what a fantastic job they did. It's certainly inviting and has double the space for families to enjoy dining n. It's one of my favorite restaurants n town, with the new warm welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff and great food it's sure to be an excellent experience for any families lunch or dinner needs. Thanks Grammas for becoming a family favorite n my family many many years ago and continuing to be for years to come ❤️❤️"

"Ordered takeout from here yesterday for dinner. Very pleased with how friendly the staff was! The food was ready in 20 minutes and we kept commenting to each other at home how delicious it was. Definitely plan on ordering again and again from this store"
