"Not very happy. When they took my order they was laughing and wasn’t being professional. Then when I got to the window they were taking forever to make my food. They were in the back laughing n yelling and just standing around. N they told me it took so long bc it was fresh. But my food was not hot."
"The girl that waited on me had the personality of a doorknob. She never once smiled. I got charged for extra auju. If they would fill up the cup I wouldn't have to get extra. I had to ask for my cups for my drinks and she acted like I was bothering her very rude."
"Not particularly happy they always give you left over french fries and your order when you didn't order it plus your curly fries or hard and crispy when you're spending $26 you expect to have your French fries soft and curly that's why they're called curly fries"

"When did Arby's become so expensive? Two sandwiches, three cookies, and a small drink came to $25! I would feel better about the high prices if the food quality rose to the commiserate level, but the burger was at fastfood standards and somewhat dry. Wendy's (part owner of Arby's) and McDonald's have better burgers, despite all the Arby's hype. Since Arby's is charging Applebee's prices, I give the burger a rating at the price: 1.5 out of 5. If I had gotten this burger at Applebee's, I would have sent it back to the kitchen. As it was, I was already at my house at first taste, and a drive back to the Arby's would not have been worth it. The second sandwich, a bourbon BBQ, was light on bourbon sauce and slight on flavor. It was also slightly dry. I gave it 2 out of 5 stars. The cookies, prepackaged and assumingly not freshly baked, were "fair" but had an odd aftertaste. These were also pricey at $1.99 per cookie. I rated the cookies 2.5 out of 5 stars. I will not rate the small Coke (maybe Pepsi?), but I will mention here that it is priced higher than a McDonald's large Coke. Regarding atmosphere: It was a drive-thru -- a poorly paved, sadly unscenic drive-thru. Regarding service: The folks who work there are friendly and personable. They could not have been better. I only hope that Arby's high prices are going towards giving them raises."
