Burger King

"I got the mushroom/Swiss burger and it was very disappointing. Mc Donald's had a similar burger a long time ago and it was far better than this one at Burger King. The restaurant was nice and the service was fine, but the food was so-so."

"The employees favorite thing to do is to smoke outside in the parking lot. Both cigarettes and weed. One of the managers came in and I mentioned how it smelled like marijuana inside the store and all I got was a very rude "it's perfume". No way. Lady smelled exactly like she just stepped out of a weed field and then sprayed herself with essence of weed. I wouldn't be saying any of this if it didn't take 15 minutes to get my order . . . as the only person in the store. Once I got my order the fries were not cold, but had to be 4-5 hours old and then reheated in a microwave. I don't know how this location is still running. Someone has a hole in their pockets because there is absolutely no way this location actually makes any money."

"I was in here Tuesday I got 2 whopper when I got em I checked em they were ice cold when I went inside I told em I wanted fresh ones since these were cold instead of give me fresh one they put the two whoppers in the microwave. That goes against corporates rules.. I Will not go to this burger king I would go to the one in Greendale if you want better food."

"Garbage. Waited 15 minutes to order inside when i was the only customer on line. They ran out of burgers. Mind you this is a Burger King at 130 in the afternoon on a Saturday. 4 menu items later I finally guessed one that they had the ingredients for. Except they had to substitute the Swiss cheese on their Bacon Swiss Royal Crispy with American cheese instead. Soda machine must've been down because the cashier asked what I wanted to drink with my meal and I kinda looked over at the soda machine and said just a fountain drink. But she said they had to get it from behind the counter. Then they gave me my food and no drink. And she didn't seem too apologetic when I told her I still needed a drink. Got a medium Dr. Pepper with 95% ice and room for cream and sugar as pictured."

"This was the worst experience. We typically love Burger King but not this time. First our drive thru cashier (Bershay) walked away from us twice and closed the window while we were asking about the drinks, which we got almost 5 mins after our food. Btw no customers inside or in line outside. The cashier just away from us and another woman started helping us. We had to ask twice for a receipt. We took our food home and things got worse. The triple whopper was suppose to have heavy mayo and was dry and missing veggies. The whopper had mold on the bottom of the bun and the onion rings were so old they were inedible. Called and spoke to manager who gave me the owner’s info which was incorrect and couldn’t give me the contact info for the general manager. They offered to give us our money back if I will drive another 25 mins down there tonight. This place has gone to h*ll and it smells like sewage sitting in the drive thru."
