About the Business

Sierra's Haven For New & Used is a non-profit organization located at 80 Easter Drive in Portsmouth, Ohio, United States. Our shelter often houses over 200 cats and 100 dogs at a time, all looking for loving homes. Your donations directly support the care and well-being of our animals, and we rely on the generosity of our community to operate. We host events to raise funds and awareness for our cause, and we are grateful for any support, whether it be financial or in the form of pet and cleaning supplies. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer spaying/neutering services for female cats/dogs or male dog neuters. We have recently received a grant from the BISSEL PET FOUNDATION for $5,000. "I called them for help , because there is a cat named Crystal and her five babies, they take care of animals. They all need a home Togo too, they gave my information.living on a dead end street, people abandon them and that is wrong ."

"Be careful on what dog you’re wanting to get. Adopted a dog but ended up bringing her back because she didn’t get along with the one I already had. But now I see that they've lied and adopted out her sister and are saying it was the one we adopted. And the one we adopted is still in the shelter and they’re now giving her away as her sister. So they've essentially swapped two sister dogs place with each other and trying to pass one as the other. Have no clue as to why they would even lie about something like this."

"This is one of the best places!!! They do soo much for the animals of the area that are lost or abandoned!!! They are very nice and are protective over the animals and only want the best!! When you adopt from here your animal will be fixed and chipped and for me that is absolutely fantastic! I attached a picture of my baby girl who just turned 3 yesterday and she is amazing!!!"
