Buffalo Wild Wings

"We arrived from being out of town for our kid's sports meet at 10 pm. We asked to ensure they were still open and offering food (we don't like ordering food if it's close to closing). The hostess said they served food until midnight at the bar area. We ordered food, which was mostly okay, but I felt my burger was drowned in salt because we were there so late. It wasn't just a little over-salted. It was like I had kicked the cook's dog, so he wanted me to suffer over-salted. I ate what I could but couldn't choke it down. I didn't complain to management due to being tired and just wanted to get home. I am now permanently dehydrated and will never live a "normal" life. I will never be able to hug my kids or enjoy a salted Margarita again."

"Chelsea and Taylor are two of the best waitresses here and both are very helpful especially when the app doesn't do what it's supposed to do. Miss Chelsea helped me get my visitation points and credit for my visit tonight. She's very helpful and courteous, my drink never saw the bottom of the cup!"

"Love visiting every single time! Service is always great even when busy. Our wings always come out super hot and delicious. Although the last few times they were a bit dry. We just asked for more sauce, no big deal. Our sides are always hot and yummy! Love playing the trivia while dining in."

"Horrible customer service. Now I know why they have a low rating. Their manager Is horrible with his customer service. My son and I placed an online order. I got the traditional honey barbecue wings my son got there new Chicken dogs, it was supposed to have honey mustard. What they don't tell you is that it's super spicy. My son has severe stomach issues and a sensitive to spicy food. So I called the employee passed me off to the manager. And I explain that it is like really hot wing sauce on there. And hes like, no, it's not. It's a it's a mustard, and I'm like. What's supposed to be honey mustard? He's like if you would have Read the description you would have known that it was spicy. So we will not help you. And I explained that this was my son's dinner and that he could not eat it, and he did not care. He said if you place the order, that's not our problem There's nothing we will do to help you. I told him that I was gonna be writing a bad review and ask for his name."
