"Update: this Papa John's seems to have new management and is back to operating as it was before. Hopefully it stays this way. This Papa John's used to be great. We quit ordering a while ago because they kept screwing up our order or losing it to door dash. We finally have given up. Hopefully management changes one day as I do miss their pizza."
"The best thing about this place is the delivery driver who has been with them for years. However, the last time I placed an order, I went to pick it up. My son really wanted PJ's pizza and I didn't have much money but splurged to spend $20 for us. The employee who rang me up noticed I didn't tip, and as I was walking out, she sighed really loud and yelled no tip. The food however is always good. Fresh and hot."
"The same delivery driver has been delivering to us for years. He's very polite and remembers us each time. The food is what you would expect from a pizza joint. Also, it's been right every time and not too long of a wait."
"Overall horrible. Pizza cooked incorrectly. 30 percent of pizza had no toppings at all. Took over two hours to make pizza. Employees were rude and had attitudes with everyone. Did not have gloves and didn't wash hands. Just horrible"
"The pizzas seemed thrown together. I went up to the store to get them replaced, they messed up again. I wanted to get a refund but at that point I was super frustrated. I love Papa Johns but I won't be back to this particular location."
