"For some reason, I don’t remember Lee’s famous recipe being that salty. From the potato wedges, green beans, and the chicken had a lot of sodium in it it was kind of overwhelming. I went to famous recipe in Richmond, Indiana. And it was never Salty like that. This will be the last time I go to Lee’s famous recipe in Franklin Ohio. If you like your chicken season really well with seasoning, so then you might want to go there."
"Horrible service. Tried to redeem our free chicken from the Dayton Flyers basketball game through the drive though, the A1 was unable to understand us. Upon pulling around the get some help, there was 1 person in there sitting on their phone. We honked the horn a few times to get their attention & they paid no attention to us. They should reconsider having a fully automated ordering system & make sure their employees are doing more than sitting on their phones."
"This use to be our favorite place to get chicken livers and gizzards. My mom and I ordered a lizer and gizzards meal and a gizzard meal but this ended up being the worst food we have ever gotten. The breading was very greasy and mushy, the biscuits were burnt. We tried to call them to let them know how our food was but no one would answer the phone.. also their new automated voice for ordering is the worst!! All around BAD customer service and food!! We won't be back!!! If we could give 0⭐'s I would!!!"
"The worst service for drive through, it's a Robot! 100% everything ordered was terrible! Chicken, chicken livers were burnt! Right down to the coleslaw that seemed pureed. The sodas were awful, like they didn't change the tanks. We couldn't wait to eat lee's! Never at that location again. I did email support on the day we ordered but no response. Do not recommend this location."
"I am furious. I thought they got better. Nope. I go inside. Asked give me whatever chicken is freshest. He says famous. Experience told me spicy. But I believed him. So I say I want freshest wedges too. No problem 2 minutes. They slop together old dry chicken with mushy wedges. I say it's all old and dry. They make another one even worse! It had ONE fresh wedge on top. I choked THREE time trying to eat the breast. I was so mad I just left and threw it away. Horrible location."
