"Manager has a terrible attitude. We placed an online order for 30 wings and chose two sauces, spicy garlic and mild. We picked our order up and got home and we had received 12 Parmesan garlic and 15 spicy garlic. We decided to call because this is the second time we have received the wrong order. We were directed to the manager and the manager got on the phone and said what’s wrong with the order. I explained. She tried to tell me that I ordered spicy garlic with mild on the side. Which I did not and explained again what I ordered. She talked over me and said that is what I ordered. I said regardless I didn’t get that either. Instead of trying to fix the situation she had an attitude and was confrontational. She finally said bring them in and we will remake them. I did not do this because I did not want to deal with her attitude or wait any longer to feed my family."
"I ordered close to closing time due to being a 7p-7a worker. The wings and chicken weap were so dry they were inedible. I understand not wanting to over cook at the end of a shift but that absolute garbage that I paid almost $50 for was ridiculous!!! I will NEVER return to this location again."
"Sports on lots of TVs, decently priced COLD draught beer, but everything felt rushed - didn’t seem too busy either. My wings were absolutely horrible. Thin, overcooked and stringy, and the sauce was - in clumps and had the consistency of room temperature mayonnaise. Tasted hot if that’s even a thing, had heat but no depth of flavor. And for that much goopy mess, there should be paper towel rolls on the tables. The French fries were frosted in salt, could have been crispier but turned out to be a great pairing with the cold draught beer. Couldn’t tell if there was a manager on duty, but not one of the servers looked happy to be there. Best review from anyone in the family was “it was fine”"
"We visited bw3 for the buffalo Kansas City game and to visit with family from out of town. Tyler was our server. He was excellent. Super high energy and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was good but the service was excellent!"
