Marco's Pizza

"Good product. Inside restaurant was very dirty windows looked like they haven't been cleaned in quite awhile(hand prints) . Kitchen wasn't much better. Good food comes out but orders have been hit or miss. Waited on a cold salad to be made while pizzas sat."

"Ordered delivery few hours in advance. Food arrived just under 40 minutes later than requested…no apology. I had a choice of multiple pizza places and I mistakenly chose Marcos for my party. 20+ people staring at me like where is the food? Communication could have resolved most of this issue. After 20 minutes past the delivery time I called and was told they only had one driver. I understand if they have staffing issues, but maybe call the customer proactively. I could have just came and got it to avoid the awkwardness of entertaining 20+ hungry people. This could have also helped your sole driver remove some routes and caught things up. The customers already going to be upset when their delivery is way late, why not just get in front of it and manage the situation. I also gave a few hours notice on the order making this much more annoying than it needed to be."

"Love Marcos!! Went on a Sunday. Fast service. Soo good 3/4/2023 New Review. Sad to say....This was my worst experience ever. In fact, i ended up so upset, i couldn't even eat. My son picked it. He could've choose anywhere. I was not greeted, no big deal. No i contact. When i walked in the older lady was taking a phone order. She didn't seem very pleasant on the phone, but who im i to judge right? She hung up, walked away. Not a "Ill be right with you" or "Give me just a sec" or just a lil wave"? I waited patiently. 8 min, she came back. I didn't think it was that big of a deal to wait as they were busy. So no rush. She comes asked what i would like, i say a small white cheesy pizza, she says abruptly "WHAT ELSE!?" i say small greek salad. "What ELSE?!" I then say a "Large Cheese pizza" she says "THEY ALL COME WITH CHEESE!" theres one that has cheese and like a garlic crust, but at this point i felt i was being reprimanded by my parents. So she says "DRINKS!?" Like Im a hige inconvenience. Now I am feeling i shouldnt be here. I said a spirite she now very aggravated says to me I DONT NEED TO KNOW WHAT KIND JUST HOW MANY!!" Now wr dont go out to dinner often. So it is a treat. This women treated me like i wss just a piece of $=!+ . My salad was a fiasco to get. The young lady in the back motioned the words "Im sorry " which i did appreciate. I really feel, it was awful to make a custom feel like a huge inconvenience just because they are placing an order. I question if i ever will come back. Sorry Marco's. I was just recommending you to coworkers yesterday. Now i regret that. And will go back to work Monday with a different experience. "The delivery staff is outstanding. Everyone I've encountered is very friendly, courteous, and adds a personal touch to the delivery. The food has been good for a chain/delivery restaurant. The food prep time and delivery is very fast, and the orders have been in the window by the promised time, if not sooner than expected. They have an app that shows prep time and estimated delivery time, so you can track your food. The chicken wings are a great value for the money. You can pick your sauce amount level, the taste is great, and the quantity, size of the wings, and texture are better than what most competitors have to offer. In my opinion, the price of the food is comparable or below the cost of similar chain restaurants, and the quality and service is by far superior."
