"We used to love eastern bay, they had some great authentic northeast Chinese dishes that’s hard to find in other restaurants. However our latest experience was quite disappointing, the same dishes that we always ordered just taste different this time now (less flavorful, less fresh) and on top of that they now charge a default 18% gratuity. It seems to me they have a new chef, possibly even new owner. And unfortunately we probably won’t make it back anymore."
"Food was phenomenal. Excellent customer service. This is a hidden gem in Columbus. Big group of 7, every one of us tried each other's food. It was all delicious. Give this place a shot. I would post 6 stars for food if I could."
"They have a Korean menu on line. I definitely recommend trying. The chap chai is phenomenal. It even came with sides. Their kimchi is made in house and one of the best I have had."
"Website advertises delivery, but currently does not have a delivery driver! I likely wouldn’t order anything with the chicken ever again. The scallion pancakes and Thai tea were delicious! The Tom Yum is tasty but i recommend doing veggies only, or the shrimp! The broth is sour from lime just like a good pho broth."
"Before COVID they had a very well attended buffet. At the end of February 2023, the buffet is still not open, so this time, I ordered a dish I had not had in years and they did it very well. Even the egg roll was tasty. I thought the spicy mustard could have been spicier. And I was able to get a Coke."
