"I ordered a couple burgers online and had it picked up. The veggie burger with a fried egg and onion stringers came without the egg and onions. The coleslaw had a tiny serving. My mushroom Swiss burger had no mushrooms. Even better, the mushroom Swiss was supposed to be medium. The outside was browned and that was it. Not to mention it was cold to the touch 15 minutes after I had it picked up which my driver had to wait on it to be finished. See my mushroom Swiss burger in the photo."
"Our server was very attentive. There was a slight mixup with the food but it was immediately corrected. Righteous was our server and he was polite and friendly and remained with us from entry to exit. As far as the dining room tables, some of the booth seating could use an update. The stains on the back are less appealing to the eyes"
"We were saddened by the entire experience as we were craving their dry rub wings. The inside has obviously not been touched in ages. The bar was dirty. There was no one interested in helping us until we had been there for several minutes. The server gave us the menu on the dirty bar with no comprehension it was unacceptable. We decided to leave as we had no confidence in the food or rest of service."
"Anthony is amazing the service he provides and his manners are out the roof. Best server I’ve meet/had as a server at a Smokey bones in Columbus. Food was fresh and on time ."
