"This store is open until 3am, but when I went at midnight to the drive thru, they informed me that they are only taking DoorDash orders. No one driving up to their fast food taco restaurant is a priority other than ordering thru a third party, with huge fees... so that sucks."
"I ordered an Uber pickup and asked at the window if my twists were in the order. Guy at the window says yes. I open it and the strawberry twists I ordered on Uber were not present. I go to the door and ask for my missing twists. The manager tells me they discontinued strawberry. I said that's fine cinnamon costs the same. I just wanted what I paid for. The guy comes out and examines the bag like I was trying to get something over on him. It's $1.22. No one is that desperate. It was the first time I felt unwelcome for demanding for what was owed to me. My wife had cravings and after this I hope she craves something else."
"9/25/2023 as a manager who works at a high demand restaurant I was very disappointed with the employees who stood around talking instead of helping with the service. The young female was much more interested on what was on her phone then actually working. Kids will be kids I guess. If this was my store this wouldn’t be accepted. A taco, and nachos does not take 15 minutes to make. It wasn’t busy. Laziness at its finest. Best bet would be Hilliard Rome."
