"Definitely going down hill! Rude workers and nasty manager! I spent over 16.00 dollars and a bus driver on a sports trip. I finished my meal and was texting and relaxing. The manager yelled over the counter asking me if I was going to order or eat like I was a vagrant. I took my food and showed her my empty try and told her I ate over 16.00 worth. She said I could not see your tray. How rude! The lobby had zero people so it was not like taking up tables."
"Sauce dispenser clogged; shot a foot long stream of sauce all over my fresh clothes. If I was the manager, I would offer my customer an apology, a refund and a gift card to return. Staff is more interested in each other than the customers. Nuggets are trash. Roast Beef just isn't the same and I dislike the new style. Mots sticks are fine. Shake is fantastic. Restaurant was clean and a/c working great."
