"This location is absolutely horrible! I just cannot comprehend what can possibly take so long. I have been here 5 times since July and every time I have never waited less than 40 minutes. It doesn't matter if there is one person ahead of me or 10. Every single person who tries to order just sits there for at least 10 minutes before they even come to take your order. Once I came here for my daughter and sat at the order window for 20 minutes. No one answered me and there was about 5 or 6 employees all sitting out back smoking at once. So I went into the restaurant and no one was there. They were all out back together smoking. They also saw me because you drive right by them and sit at the window they were looking at me the entire time and no one went inside to help me. Once they finally came in they asked me "how did you get in here?" I said the door. He said it was supposed to be locked. This time I have waited 20 minutes so far and we haven't moved once. An employee came out back looked at this huge line and turned around and walked back inside shaking his head and throwing up his hands. This entire location needs all new employees or just needs shut down. Even when you FINALLY get the food if you wait that long, the food is usually wrong and cold. Then they keep the doors locked so if you want it fixed you have to wait for another hour. It's crazy"

"This location needs audited. Drive through around 9pm, trying to do a simple order. Male worker in the speaker was mumbling and rude from the beginning. When I asked for a root beer for my drink, he practically yells, “NO, WE DONT HAVE ANY ROOTBEER!” I’ve worked in fast food and never had an interaction like this before, absolutely insane. There was no one else in line, I wasn’t asking for the whole menu, awful worker. I let a poor female worker know to mention it to their manager before I left, but who knows if that’ll happen. If he talks to customers like that, I can’t imagine how he treats the other employees."

"So disappointed on the cold food. Poor service. Fries were on tray several minutes before cold singles. Dining area dirty. Sticky surfaces & floor. No ketsup in pumps in dining area. Needed cleaned. Gnats from trash was everywhere Hopeful the place improves. I love the food when fresh."

"Usually I give fast food workers the benefit of the doubt if they're trying their best, but the employees at this store clearly aren't. Food is often cold and/or wrong and many times the employees handling cash and credit cards are also directly touching food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Service is also extremely slow, and becomes even slower when you have to go back once or twice just to get your correct order."

"This Wendy's branch specifically is very slow, I went ahead and did a mobile order, drove then when I got it, main entree was missing and 2 of the kids drinks. This Wendy's has been like this for a while now. Always gets the order wrong, either missing or gone, I wasted time, money and gas. And all you get is Sorry. And just have to deal with it. I do not recommend this place if you value your time."
